I was disappointed to have to wait almost two hours for an oil change and a tire rotation that I had an appointment for. I received a text about additional work that they recommend me have, which is not what I asked for. However, if it wasn’t for my wife to let them know that not only did I not want those repairs, but also the amount for my total was incorrect. It was a bit stressful and disappointing.

The engine compartment appeared cleaner than it was when I dropped it off and the technicians observations were clearly explained to me. If you have a Toyota and want dealership/factory service performed on it, this is the best place to go in the Midlands area.

We arrived and our car was taken back pretty much immediately. They checked what we wanted checked and recommended changing all window wipers which I hadn’t noticed. Did check on tires wear ect. Which we appreciated because we are headed on vacation. We were informed of everything they saw that needed attention. We were out of the shop in good time

Just took my 2006 Tacoma to Lugoff Toyota for a multi point inspection with a complaint of a shaking in the steering column . My adviser Mr Tommy Hancock went on a test drive.
