Wonderful experience. Matt C was our sales person and he was very patient from beginning to end and during several hiccups (hiccups were not from them). Ira the manager was fantastic as well. They didn’t add any unnecessary fluff either and got me what I wanted without having to jump through unnecessary hoops. Honestly you can’t find that anymore but Lugoff Toyota delivered on their word. I had been shopping around for a while and they were by far the best and easiest experience. Would absolutely recommend them.

All the people that had the pleasure to speaking with was respectful and nice. The only reason I am giving four stars is due to how long my vehicle was at lugoff toyota. I had a appointment set for 7:45 a.m. and didn't git mt vehicle back until 1:30 p.m. the next day for a engine maintenance required issue that was caused by a faulty sensor from the manufacturer, but the repair was free since the issue was caused by toyota.
