I cannot say enough wonderful things about James in the Parts Department at Lugoff Toyota. I had been searching everywhere for a discontinued Toyota part, #75533-42041, and after countless searches and unsuccessful orders, I decided to call Lugoff Toyota. James did not have the part in stock, but instead of simply telling me it was unavailable and ending the call, he went above and beyond to help me. He told me not to waste my time calling Toyota dealerships all over the country one by one. He took the time to search Toyota’s dealer inventory system to see if any dealership might still have this discontinued part sitting in stock. James found one for me at a Toyota dealership in Tampa, Florida, and he even took the extra step of finding their telephone number so I could call them directly. Because of James, I was able to locate what appears to be the last one I could find anywhere in the United States. I had spent so much time searching for this part and had reached the point where I honestly thought I would never find one. James made absolutely nothing from helping me. Lugoff Toyota didn’t even get the sale. He simply chose to help a customer because he could, and that says so much about him and about the kind of service Lugoff Toyota provides. Thank you, James, for your patience, kindness, and willingness to go that extra mile for someone you didn’t even know. You saved me countless hours of searching and helped me find a part I thought was impossible to find. Matthew was patient, kind, and friendly. He help me get into a brand new 2026 Rav 4 Hybrid. His customer service was 10 out of 10. If you could rate higher I would.
