I cannot express enough how amazing Philip Anderson was for our family! He stripped away all the negative ideas that my husband and I had about car salesman. He was kind, understanding, listened to all of our concerns and needs, never pushed us into something we weren’t sure about and was just an absolute joy to be around and work with. Philip made us feel like we were his family and took care of us like we were. Because of him, we KNEW we were going to purchase a car that day. Was really pleased with the service we received felt like we were with family and friends.

The team we worked with at Lugoff Toyota, which consisted of Cody, Ralph and Tommy, were professional, attentive, and worked diligently to help us acquire the perfect Tundra for our needs. We’d been shopping a while to replace a 2019 Tundra 1794 that had been lost in a collision. We’d been a little apprehensive about the newer Tundras and were considering a pre-owned 1794 from a trusted dealership in Florida from where we’d purchased Toyotas before, but we first wanted to locally test drive the newer engines (hybrid and regular) back-to-back and also wanted to feel the difference between Limited and 1794/Platinum, before finalizing our decision. Cody Debruhl is expertly knowledgeable and totally satisfied all our questions, then he and Ralph made it happen within our budget on a BRAND NEW Limited! When it became apparent that we would not be able to go home with a truck that day, they even offered to loan a truck to us to bridge the gap until ours arrived. I just want to add that we are a long-time Toyota family. We were willing to fly to buy a pre-owned Tundra from a trusted dealership in our former home state of Florida because we were dissatisfied with our experiences with the sales staff at several local dealerships. THEN, we decided to drive 90 minutes to Lugoff Toyota simply to test drive a couple of pre-owned Tundras there before committing to the Florida offer. We now happily have a new trusted dealership closer to our NC home. Lugoff Toyota employs outstanding, well-trained personnel who demonstrate superior communication and excellent customer service. As a woman buying a truck, they treated me very seriously and respectfully and made me feel that they truly valued my business by actively and creatively seeking to earn it. FIRST CLASS car-buying experience!

Cody Debruhl is a nice gentleman who a salesman helped me found the 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and i had a test Drive with him. I have worked with Mike C and the team twice now. Both times I had an overall positive experience. This is my first time leasing a vehicle, so I had many questions. I feel as though I was given direct answers and I was never made to feel uncomfortable for asking so many questions. I really appreciated that Mike took the time to show me how the technology in the vehicle worked and synced up my phone for me. He even put in a few extra minutes to help me figure out how to turn off the beeping sound while using the touch screen. It feels great to have a vehicle that is reliable for my family and I am thankful to have worked with Mike through this process.
