I started my day with a car issue and had a "moment" in my garage. You know how that is. I called Lugoff Toyota and they said, "come immediately". After checking in, I received a text from the service leader that indicated I could communicate any time during my service. While I was waiting, Brandon, my salesman, stopped to say hello and mention he was following up on an item promised to me at sale. He gave me a delivery timeline on that item and we shared some chitchat. After a quick hour, my issue was resolved. Steve, in service was very polite and made me feel I was the only customer.
