Mike Duffy was amazing. Explained everything that was wrong with my car in great detail. Gave me the best options for fixing it. Didn’t try to tack on any extra unnecessary things. I didn’t feel like I got scammed after I left the shop. Nothing was done without my consent. Got my car back earlier than I expected. Great experience.

All the people that had the pleasure to speaking with was respectful and nice. The only reason I am giving four stars is due to how long my vehicle was at lugoff toyota. I had a appointment set for 7:45 a.m. and didn't git mt vehicle back until 1:30 p.m. the next day for a engine maintenance required issue that was caused by a faulty sensor from the manufacturer, but the repair was free since the issue was caused by toyota.
